Shipping Policy

For single item orders we use Royal Mail Signed For service, for larger parcels DPD.
You will be able to track your through these links:    Royal Mail Track or DPD UK Tracking.

 

We know how important it is for you to get Your shopping delivered before Xmas.  Once ordered, your order will be shipped within 1-3 days.

Before you can claim your parcel in the receiving country you will have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee.  These will depend on the country you are in and the value of the item


As soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

We are unable to post on weekends and bank holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Please only try your slippers on indoors.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 20 New Road, Woodstock  OX20 1PB, United Kingdom.

When returning an item you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
